Junior Billing Engineer – HVAC\/MEP
\nJob Summary:
\nThis role involves collaborating with various departments, ensuring accurate

Responsibilities:
\nBilling Documentation:
\n\uf0b7 Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely invoices for MEP\/HVAC projects.
\n\uf0b7 Verify and cross-check project documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
\n\uf0b7 Collaborate with project managers and engineers to obtain necessary information for
\ninvoicing.
\nInvoice Processing:
\n\uf0b7 Enter billing information into the accounting system with precision.
\n\uf0b7 Monitor and update project billing status regularly.
\n\uf0b7 Address any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoices.
\nProject Coordination:
\n\uf0b7 Collaborate with project teams to understand project milestones and billing
\nrequirements.
\n\uf0b7 Maintain effective communication channels with project managers and other
\nstakeholders.
\nDocumentation Management:
\n\uf0b7 Organize and maintain accurate records of billing documents.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure compliance with company and industry billing standards.
\nReporting:
\n\uf0b7 Generate and analyse billing reports for management review.
\n\uf0b7 Provide regular updates on billing status and highlight any potential issues.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree\/diploma in finance, Accounting, Business, Mechanical, Electrical
\nor a related field.
\n\uf0b7 Proven experience in billing within the HVAC\/MEP industry.
\n\uf0b7 Strong understanding of project contracts and billing terms.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
\n\uf0b7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\uf0b7 Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
