Sales & Estimation Engineer – HVAC<\/p>\n
Job Description:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Estimation Engineer specialized
\nin HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Project Sales to join our team. The
\nideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems coupled with
\nexcellent sales and estimation skills.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Technical Consultation:
\no Assess client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems based on
\ntechnical specifications and project needs.
\no Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
\no Address client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC solutions.
\n2. Estimation and Proposal Preparation:
\no Analyse project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC
\nprojects.
\no Prepare detailed proposals outlining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and
\npricing.
\no Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure
\nfeasibility and accuracy of project proposals.<\/p>\n
3. Project Coordination:
\no Liaise with internal teams to coordinate project execution, including
\nprocurement, engineering, and installation.
\no Communicate project requirements and specifications to relevant stakeholders.
\no Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
\n4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
\no Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor
\nactivities.
\no Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential
\nareas for business growth.
\no Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market
\nanalysis.
\nRequirements:
\n\uf0b7 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree
\npreferred.
\n\uf0b7 Proven experience in sales and estimation within the HVAC industry.
\n\uf0b7 Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\uf0b7 Ability to effectively present technical information to clients and stakeholders.
\n\uf0b7 Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
\n\uf0b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
