Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
\nCreating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
\nDesigning and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
\nPartnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
\nManaging end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
\nIdentifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
\nDefining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
\nDefining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
\nStaying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
\nKey Requirements
\nYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
\nYou have a proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
\nYou can demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
\nYou have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization’s business objectives.
\nYou have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
\nYou have experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
\nYou have data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
