Sales & Estimation Engineer – HVAC

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Estimation Engineer specialized
in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Project Sales to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems coupled with
excellent sales and estimation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation:
o Assess client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems based on
technical specifications and project needs.
o Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
o Address client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC solutions.
2. Estimation and Proposal Preparation:
o Analyse project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC
projects.
o Prepare detailed proposals outlining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and
pricing.
o Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure
feasibility and accuracy of project proposals.

3. Project Coordination:
o Liaise with internal teams to coordinate project execution, including
procurement, engineering, and installation.
o Communicate project requirements and specifications to relevant stakeholders.
o Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor
activities.
o Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential
areas for business growth.
o Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market
analysis.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree
preferred.
 Proven experience in sales and estimation within the HVAC industry.
 Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to effectively present technical information to clients and stakeholders.
 Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project inspections.
